Police facilitates meeting with Police Martyrs’ families in Ganderbal

November 07:  In order to express solidarity and perceive the well-being of the families of the Police Martyrs, Police in Ganderbal facilitated an interaction meeting with families of martyrs who had laid down their lives in the line of duty. The meeting was held at DPL Ganderbal while following social distancing norms and other protocols.

On the occasion, DySP DAR Ganderbal and other senior officers were also present.

During interaction with martyrs’ families, the Police officers listened their grievances patiently and assured them that their genuine problems will be taken up at appropriate level for timely redressal. Officers emphasised on them to consider police department as a family and share their problems especially in case of exigencies. While expressing their gratitude, the officers added that J&K Police will always remain indebted to these martyrs who helped a great deal in creating the atmosphere of peace & tranquillity in J&K. The family members of the martyrs’ expressed satisfaction and hoped to further strengthen this bond.
