Police conduct Cyber Safety Awareness Programme at Pulwama, Kakapora
Pulwama, Feb 23: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday carried out cyber safety awareness programmes at Computer Institute in Pulwama and at Police Station Kakapora to strengthening its campaign against cybercrime.
The programmes were designed to familiarise students and local residents with common online fraud tactics, including digital payment scams, fake customer care calls, and misuse of social media platforms.

Officers shared practical tips on secure internet usage and urged participants to stay cautious while sharing personal or financial information online.
Pulwama Police encouraged the public to remain alert and promptly report suspicious online activities.
