Police Community Partnership Group meeting was facilitated by Kupwara Police at Police Station Karnah.
Karnah, July 28:- As a part of public outreach programme, Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting was facilitated by Kupwara Police at Police Station Karnah.
The meeting was chaired by Senior Superintendent of Police Kupwara Dr G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy besides Dysp headquarter Rashid Younis and DDC Member Karnah was also present in the meeting.
Number of Senior citizens, BDC’s, PRI’S Member, Member of bar association Karnah, bopaar mandal, civil society Karnah and member of anti drug community participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, the participants raised various issues, the chairing officers assured the participants that their genuine grievances pertaining to Police will be resolved on priority and the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned departments for their early redressal.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP said that such meetings are conducted to solicit the suggestions and support of people for better Policing and would be conducted in the future as well.
The participants assured their full cooperation to Police and appreciated the impartial role of Police in the execution of law and hailed the visible change in the behaviour, conduct, etiquette of Policemen towards general public.
