PM Modi’s third term will consolidate gains of peace in J&K: Slathia
SAMBA APRIL 06- Former minister and Pradesh BJP Vice President Mr Surjeet Singh Slathia today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modiji’s hat-trick in the upcoming general elections will consolidate the gains of peace in Jammu and Kashmir and steer the Union Territory to the highest pinnacles of progress and development.
Addressing the Karykartas at Village Sarna, Chila Danga and Gujjar Nali in Samba, on the occasion of the BJP’s Sathapana Diwas, Mr Slathia said that it’s a moment to reflect on the party’s journey since its inception to becoming the world’s largest political force.
He said rooted in the ideology of nationalism and cultural resurgence, the BJP has evolved into a significant political force shaping India’s destiny. Its commitment to development, good governance, and inclusivity has been pivotal. This is an occasion to renew dedication by the cadre to the principles of democracy, integrity, and progress, ensuring a brighter future for the nation in general and Jammu and Kashmir in particular, he added.
Mr Slathia said the BJP has been working for the upliftment of all with focused attention towards weaker and marginalized segments of the society. He said social justice is key to harmonious growth of the society and referred to various initiatives by the BJP led NDA government during the past over nearly a decade in this regard. These have resulted in discernible transformation in the lives of the people across the country as also in Jammu and Kashmir. He said the path breaking initiatives undertaken in the Union Territory have given unprecedented fillip to infrastructural development, industrialization and reinvestment.
Exhorting the Karykartas to fan out in their areas and generate awareness among the people about the measures taken with regard to development and economic emancipation of the people in the first two tenures of the Modi Government. He said a strong and vibrant BJP is answer to surmounting challenges facing Jammu and Kashmir, he maintained.
