PDP Worker Shot Dead In Srinagar Outskirts

Srinagar: A PDP worker was shot dead by unknown gunmen at Gangbugh area of Tengpora in outskirts of Srinagar on Sunday evening.

Official sources told GNS that the gunmen fired upon the PDP worker Identified as Mohd Amin Dar at Gangbok.

Dar received serious bullet wounds and was taken to JVC hospital where he succumbed.

Sources said that Bhat was close aide of former minister and Senior PDP leader Altaf Bukhari.

SSP Srinagar Imtiaz Ismail Parray also confirmed the incident.

A case has been registered and investigations into the matter has been initiated he said.

Soon after the attack goverment forces have launched hunt to nab the attackers. (GNS)
