A case under Anti Terrorism Act section 7 has been registered against Former PM Imran Khan by Islamabad police on the alleged threats that he gave to the IG Police Islamabad and a Female magistrate during a public rally in Islamabad on 20th August.

The FIR mentioned Imran’s comments where he talked about a female judge and the Islamabad police officials.
Imran had also threatened to file cases against Islamabad’s inspector general of police and deputy inspector general of police and said: “We won’t spare you.”
Imran had also objected to Additional District and Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry, who had approved Gill’s two-day physical remand on “the request of the capital police, and said she should “prepare herself as action would be taken against her”.
