One militant slain in Anantnag gunfight
Anantnag: One militant was killed in a gunfight that broke out between government forces and militants at Larnoo area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday morning.
The identification and affiliation of the slain militant is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier, government forces including J&K Police and Army’s 19 RR had launched a cordon and search operation in Larnoo village following the inputs about presence of militants in the area.
