On Public Demand, Wakf Board invites ANN News to telecast live Taraweeh from Dargah Hazratbal
Srinagar, March 31: ANN News — Kashmir’s first and only 24*7 Tv News Channel has been invited by Waqf Board to telecast live transmission of Taraweeh from Dargah Hazratbal shrine.
The invitation has been extended on public demand as this year ANN News has not taken initiative as it did last year.
In 2022, ANN News became first Srinagar based TV channel to telecast transmission of Taraweeh during holy month Ramadhan live from the revered shrine of Dargah Sharif Hazratbal.
This year, the TV channel did not continue it and people start demanding that ANN News shall telecast it live this year too.
In its communication, J&K Waqf Board has written to ANN News: “For wider reach of live Taraweeh prayers on request of general public, you are invited for live coverage of Shab-e-Qadr anmd Taraweeh at Aasari Sharief Hazratbal.”
On ANN News, the Taraweeh will be telecasted every day at 8:30 pm and will run throughout the holy month live from this revered shrine.
The live transmission of Tv is also being transmitted on its official social media pages to make it easier for public to watch it as per their convenience.
ANN News is also first Kashmir based Tv channel available on JIO Set Top box, channel number 1114, throughout the country.
The recent live TV debates, interviews and other current affair programmes have become talk of the town in Kashmir besides getting attention of national electronic and print media.

ANN News is the first and only a 24-hour news channel of Kashmir owned and operated by Aalimi News Network, with a Kashmiri youngster Tariq Bhat as its promoter and Editor in Chief.
The channel also telecasted all matches of Football tournament from Srinagar on Tv in November 2021.
The channel was recently also in news for running debates and interviews of various persons which went viral across the country. These interviews were also used by various national and international media with due courtesy given to ANN News.
