NDRF continues events to celebrate Communal Harmony Week

Srinagar, Nov 25: Continuing its series of events to celebrate the Communal Harmony Week from 13th Battalion NDRF on Thursday organized Cycle Rally on at Ladhowal (Ludhiana).

Uttam Chand, Commandant 13th Battalion NDRF flagged off the Cycle Rally.
Total 52 rescuers participated in the Rally. The rally commenced from 13th Battalion NDRF Camp and passed through Mega Food
Park – Chahar – Rajowal – Manewal and Ladhowal with covering the distance of
15 KMs.

The aim of Cycle Rally was to spread the message among local people about communal harmony, said an official.
Seminar was organized under the supervision of Kh Ranajit Singh, Assistant Commandant and his team of the battalion.

At the closing of communal harmony week Shri Uttam Chand, Commandant
13th Battalion NDRF highlighted the aim of communal harmony.
