Nawakadal encounter: One more injured succumbs, toll reaches 03
Srinagar: Civilian who was injured in building collapse at KaniMazar Nawakadal encounter site few days back has sccumbed at SMHS Hospital Srinagar, an official of SMHS said.
At least four persons were injured in a house collapse at Nawa Kadal encounter site where two militants including Hizbul Mujahideen’s divisional commander Junaid Sehrai were killed on May 19, of which three have succumbed so far.
The Deceased Identified as Fayaz Ahmad Bhat son of Muhammad Hafeez Bhat of Jamallatta, Nawakadal Srinagar.
A 12-year-old boy Basim Aijaz of Chotta Bazar who was among the four injured at the encounter spot on May 19, succumbed at SMHS on May 20. He was the first casualty of house collapse.
