Nalwala Foundation Boosts Development in Kashmir: Collaborative Efforts with Dr. Farooq Abdullah and CM Omar Abdullah

Jammu & Kashmir,  Nalwala Foundation, under the leadership of Mr. Hussain Sahib, has secured the support of two key regional leaders, Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Chief Minister Jenab Omar Abdullah, to advance its humanitarian initiatives.

 

During a meeting in Srinagar, Mr. Hussain presented the Foundation’s strategic plan to install tubewells in remote villages of Baramulla, Bandipora, and Kupwara districts, addressing the acute shortage of clean drinking water. Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Member of Parliament, lauded the initiative and assured the facilitation of government land allocation to expedite implementation.

Later in the day, Mr. Hussain met with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who reviewed the Foundation’s wide-ranging interventions, including food kit distribution, livelihood enhancement programs, housing assistance, and provision of essential winter supplies like pherans and blankets to vulnerable families. The Chief Minister commended the Foundation’s efforts and pledged full government cooperation to expand its reach.
