Mysterious explosion at Zachaldara, Handwara

Handwara, Mar 27 : A mysterious explosion took place on Sunday near an Army camp at Zachaldara village of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday.

Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a loud bang was heard in the entire area near 21RR Army unit.

They said that the teams of Army and police are on the spot to ascertain the facts.

A senior police officer also confirmed the incident and said that no injury has been reported during the incident.

“The nature of explosion is being ascertained while it could be an old shell of army, which was exploded,” he said—(KNO)
