Mubarak Gul is first Protem Speaker, to administer oath to MLAs on 21 Oct

Srinagar, Oct 18: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha has appointed Mubarak Gul as the Protem Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.

As the Protem Speaker, Gul will administer the oath of office to all newly elected Members of the Legislative Assembly.

The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for October 21, this year, in the J&K Legislative Assembly in Srinagar.

Mubarak Gul, as protem speaker will administer oath to elected representatives.

Then all elected representatives will elected the speaker for the legislative assembly.
