Mentally Challenged Man Found Dead In Budgam
Budgam: A body of a mentally challenged person has been found in orchards in Husspora in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Showkat Ahmad Khanday, 27, son of Ghulam Hassan Khanday, a resident Panzipora chadoora.
He was found dead in the orchards by a passerby this evening.
A senior police official confirmed that the body has been recovered from orchards.
He said that the deceased had left his home on Sunday evening and consumed some poisonous substance.
Meanwhile a case has been registered in this regard and investigations taken up.
