Man arrested for threatening judicial officer
JAMMU: Janipur Police arrested a man for threatening judicial officer of High Court Jammu through emails.
As per police sources, on the directions of the court, a man identified as Harvinder Pal Singh, son of Nihal Singh of Pune Maharashtra was booked for threatening judicial officer of High Court Jammu through emails.
A case under FIR Number 22/21 under Section 504 and 506 IPC was registered against Harvinder Pal Singh on February 23 this year and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a team from Police Station Janipur led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali arrested Harvinder Pal Singh.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
