Lt Governor pays last respects to CDS Bipin Rawat at Delhi
DELHI, DECEMBER 10: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid his last respects to the Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and his wife, Smt Madhulika Rawat.
