LeT commander Saleem Parrey killed in Srinagar’s Shalimar

Srinagar, Jan 3 : A top LeT militant Saleem Parrey has been killed in Shalimar area of Srinagar outskirts.

Police earlier said that two militants including Saleem Parrey and his non-local associate were neutralized but later on informed that only one militant has been killed in the shootout.

Locals from Shalimar area of Srinagar said that they heard a volley of shots that created panic in the area.

Police confirmed that the deceased militant was Saleem Parrey from banned outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Saleem Parrey was a wanted militant who was from Hajin Bandipora. He was involved in multiple militancy related incidents. (KNT)
