Labourer dies of cardiac arrest in Nowgam

Srinagar, Jun 8: An labor working with Beacon died after suffering a massive cardiac arrest which subsequently lead to his death in Nowgam of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

An official while confirming the death to GNS said that one Rafiq Ahmad Khan (45) son of Bahadur Khan residence of Nowgam suffered a massive cardiac arrest on intervening Monday night.

The deceased, according to the official, was working as a labour with Beacon’s 99/RCC C/O 56 APO at TMG Nowgam.

The dead body would be handed over to family after conduction of medico-legal formalities, the official added.
