Kulgam Police Launches Destruction Drive Against Wild Weed (Bhang)
SHO Police Station Qaimoh (Wanpoh) Kushab (Micheal), in collaboration with Tehsildar Qaimoh, Excise Department, and local youth of Qaimoh, carried out a massive destruction drive against wild weed (Bhang) in various areas including Harnag, Wanpoh, Khandiphari, Qaimoh, Badderpora, Thokerpora, and Maqdampora.
During the drive, wild weed spread over tens of kanals of land was destroyed and thereafter a chemical was sprayed so that no one could use this , this was aimed at curbing the menace of narcotics in the region.
Authorities reiterated their commitment to continue such drives to ensure a drug-free environment.
