Kidnapped Srinagar Girl Recovered, Accused Arrested: Police
Srinagar: Police Thursday said it arrested a person for kidnapping a girl who was recovered and handed over to her family.
A police spokesman said that Police Station Kothibagh received a complaint from a one Bashir Ahmad, stating that his daughter has been kidnapped by Adil Ahmad Langooaon of Abdul Rehman of Habakadal, Srinagar.
“Police recovered the kidnapped girl and also arrested the accused within 12hrs. After all legal formalities the girl was handed over to her legal heirs,” he said.
