JRL Calls For Shutdown On Monday Against Kulgam Militant, Civilian Killings
Srinagar: The joint resistance leadership has called for a shutdown on Monday against the civilian and militant killings in southern Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A spokesperson of JRL appealed the people to observe a complete shutdown against the killings.
A civilian was killed after government forces opened fire on civilian protesters in Kulgam district of south Kashmir. The slain was his by a bullet in his throat and died on way to hospital.
Earlier, five militants were killed in a gunfight with government forces in Chowgam village of the district.
