JLNM Hospital Celebrates Major Milestone with Conference and Awards Ceremony
Srinagar, July 12 : JLNM Hospital in Srinagar marked a proud moment as it celebrated three major achievements, taking a big step toward becoming one of the top tertiary care hospitals in the Valley.
Health and Education Minister Sakina Itoo attended a special conference-cum-workshop held at the hospital, along with MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq. The hospital’s leadership, including MS Dr. Mohammad Tariq Jaan, Allergy Specialist Dr. Taha Ashraf, Deputy MS Dr. Asifa Jaan, and Media Cell Incharge Aafaq Bashir, thanked the minister for her support in reviving the hospital and making new buildings operational for patient care.
The event focused on allergy and immunology, bringing together experts and researchers to discuss new advancements in the field. During the program, Sakina Itoo also launched the hospital’s yearly general and awards ceremony, where she felicitated young postgraduate researchers for their excellent work.
Speaking to the media, Sakina Itoo praised the dedication of JLNM doctors and staff, calling their efforts key to turning the hospital into a leading healthcare center. She also spoke about the hospital’s historical importance and ongoing efforts to upgrade its facilities for better patient care.
