J&K High Court Accepts CBI Plea, Transfers Yasin Malik’s 30-Year-Old Kidnapping Case From Srinagar To Jammu
Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday accepted a plea by the Central Bureau of Investigation and transferred a 30-year-old case on separatist leader and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chairman Yasin Malik from Srinagar to Jammu.
Separatist leader Yasin Malik is the prime accused in the killing of five Indian Air Force personnel in Srinagar in 1990 and the kidnapping of Dr Rubiya Sayeed, daughter of former J&K CM Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. (Times Now)
