JeI Schools, Mosques And Orphanages Outside Scope Of Seizure: Govt

Srinagar, Mar 03: The state government today clarified that the Jamaat run schools, mosques and orphanages have been kept outside the scope of seizure.

In a tweet, J&K Government Spokesperson Rohit Kansal clarified that the JeI schools, mosques & orphanages have been so far kept outside the scope of seizure.

Earlier, Advisor to Governor Khurshid Ahmad Ganai had also clarified that there will be no random ban on Jamaat-e-Islami run schools.

Speaking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Ganaie had said they will examine before banning any schools. “There is no automatic process. We will examine things,” he had said.
