Jaish Militant Killed In Brief Shootout, Another Arrested In Pampore

Pampore: Police on Sunday claimed to have killed a militant and arrested other in a brief shootout at Khrew area in Pampore of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

“A JeM militant was killed in a brief exchange of fire at Khrew, Pampore” police said in a tweet.

The body has been recovered along with arms and ammunition. The slain is a Pakistani militant.

His associate was however arrested by police. He has been identified as Suhail of Khrew, who was was active from last five months.
