Happy That We Got These Dynastic Parties Together: Sajjad Lone On PDP, NC Congress Alliance

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir People’s Conference chairperson Sajjad Gani Lone Friday said that his party staked the claim on government formation as “we had the numbers”.

He said that had there been a floor test or had his party been told to bring in the numbers, then that which is within the purview of the constitution would have happened.

The separatist-turned-mainstream politician said: “If Peoples Democratic Party is so aggrieved, they can go to the court.”

But, he said, they will not go to court because they don’t have the numbers. “We are happy that we got these dynastic parties together.”
