Hajj Pilgrim From South Kashmir’s Pulwama, Dies In Holy City Of Makkah
Pulwama: A Hajj pilgrim from Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district died of cardiac arrest in holy city of Makkah on Thursday.
The deceased pilgrim has been identified as Hameeda Begum, wife of Ghulam Ahmad of Laribal Tral.
Family sources said that Begum who was in Makkah with her husband to perform the Hajj pilgrimage suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday morning. She was rushed to hospital, however, doctors there declared her brought dead.
Yesterday, a Hajji from Bankoot Banihal region of Ramban district, Shamasuddin died in a road accident in the holy city of Medina. (Global Kashmir)
