Govt Orders Suspension Of Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Tantray

JAMMU (KIMS) — The Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday ordered suspension of Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Tantray, Medical Officer, PHC Afti.

According to an order, “Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Tantray has been placed under suspension with immediate effect in terms of Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.”

“During the period of suspension, Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Tantray shall remain attached with the Office of Chief Medical Officer, Kishtwar,” the order said.

“The Director, Health Services, Jammu shall immediately deploy two doctors on internal arrangement basis to ensure that the institution (PHC Afti) remains fully functional by way of availability of doctors,” the order added. — (KIMS)
