Government must take steps to stop terrorism in Jammu: Farooq Abdullah
Speaking to reporters, Abdullah warned that if the violence persists, it could push India to its limits and urged the Indian government to take swift action to curb the growing threat.
Abdullah describes the terrorism situation as “very unfortunate,” warning that “If this continues, a time will come when India will not be able to tolerate it.”
Abdullah described the current situation as “scary and dangerous,” emphasizing that terrorist groups have become increasingly well-trained.
He stressed the urgent need for robust counter-terrorism measures and called for a strategic response from the government to restore peace and security.
“The Government of India should take steps to stop terrorism,” noting that “Terrorism is increasing and very trained people are coming.” He adds, “We want peace between the two countries,” and calls the situation “alarming and dangerous for us.”(KNS).
