Girl Killed In Freak Tractor Accident
Srinagar, Nov 18: A 10-year-old girl was killed after she fell from and was run over by a tractor her father was driving in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday evening.
Zubaira Hameed (10) of Reyar was sitting next to her father Abdul Hamid Bhat when she fell from the moving tractor at Reyar and was crushed to death.
The father-daughter duo was returning from Arizal to Reyar. A police officer also confirmed the death of the girl in the incident.
The officer said that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigation has been launched to probe the incident. (GNS)
