Former World Bank ED tipped as Delhi LG, Saxena may move to J&K

In a major development, retired IAS officer and former World Bank Executive Director Rajesh Khullar (Retd IAS: 1988: HY) is expected to be the next Lieutenant Governor of Delhi while incumbent Delhi LG V K Saxena may replace Manoj Sinha as the new LG of J&K. Rajesh Khullar is working as Chief Principal Secretary to Haryana CM.
