Jammu, Jan 21: A tragic firing incident occurred at Jewel Chowk in Jammu, resulting in the death of one person.
The victim, identified as Sumit Jandial, 37, son of Om Parkash and a resident of Ward No. 9, Vijaypur, was brought dead to the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu due to a gunshot injury, according to doctors.
Police officials confirmed the incident, stating it occurred at Jewel Chowk. The body has been shifted to the mortuary room for post-mortem. Jammu police are investigating the incident.
