Locals Told ANN NEWS that Rafiq Ahmad Mir of Drangbal Baramulla Drowned in River Jehlem at Khadniyar Baramulla while washing his tipper in the banks of River jehlem ,adding that the Rescue Operation By SDRF Launched to Retrieve the Body
