Father of DC Anantnag Passes Away at GMC Anantnag

Srinagar, Jan 26 (ANN): The father of Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, Syed Fakhrudin Hamid, IAS, passed away on Monday at Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag.
According to sources, Abdul Hamid Shah, a retired teacher and resident of Imam Sahib area of Shopian district, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The news of his demise has brought deep sorrow to the family, colleagues, and members of the administrative fraternity across Jammu and Kashmir.
