Fake currency seized from man in Anantnag, arrested
SRINAGAR – Anantnag police on Sunday arrested a man identified as Vikar Dar, a resident of Batengoo village in Anantnag district in South Kashmir and seized fake Indian currency notes amounting over Rs. 11,000 from his procession.
News Agency Kashmir News Trust reported that the arrest and recovery of fake currency in the denomination of Rs 200 were made by a police party from police post Khanabal.
Police have registered an FIR vide number 120/2021 under section 489-A,B,C at police post Khanabal.
