Encounter breaks out in Dangerpora Pulwama

Pulwama: An encounter breaks out between government forces and militants at Dangerpora area of Pulwama district in South Kashmir on Saturday morning.

Reports said, 2-3 militants are believed to be trapped in this encounter.

Earlier, government forces including army’s 55 RR, 182 BN and 183 BN of CRPF and Pulwama Police had launched cordon and search operation in Dangerpora area of Pulwama district following the inputs about presence of militants in the area.

Firing was going on from both sides when reports last came in.
