*Encounter breaks out in Charar-e-Shareef
Budgam, Jan 29 (KNO): An encounter broke out between forces and militants in Charar-e-Shareef area of Budgam district.
As per the news agency KNO), police said that the gunfight raged in Charar-e-Shareef area while police and security forces are on job.
