Court of First Additional District Judge summons freelance journalist Majid Hyderi and Editor News Tell (online news portal) and also restrains them from repeating the publication/articles/ comments posted on 13th and 14th March against Emaad Makhdoomi by a freelance journalist Majid Hyderi

The court observed that Emaad Makhdoomi has a strong prima facie case in his favour and if the ad-interim order/injunction is not passed, he shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury to his esteem, reputation and dignity.
