Elderly Lady Dies Of ‘Shock’ After Encounter Started In Shopian
Shopian: An elderly woman died of shock when the encounter started in Shopian area on Sunday night.
The family members said, “when the initial exchange of fire started, she fell unconscious at her home in Batagund and then after half an hour she died.”
They also added that she was ailing for some time.
The deceased was identified as Raja Begum wife of Syed Bashir, age about 75 years, a resident of Hipora Batagund.
