Eight injured in Poonch road mishap

Poonch: At least eight persons were injured in a road mishap in Poonch district in Jammu division on Thursday morning.

According to reports a Tata Sumo bearing Registration Number JK02AB 5463 was on way from Bhera to Mendhar when it met with an accident at Mohalla Barwala resulting in injuries to eight persons.

All the injured were rushed to SDH Mendhar for treatment and they have been identified as Muzamal Ahmed, Raza Mahid, Mohammad Ayoub, Wazir Mohammad, Mazar Hayat, Mohammad Sageer and Majid Ali, all residents of Behra.

The condition of two persons Majid Ali and Mazar Hayat is stated to be critical and they were referred to Government Medical College Rajouri for advanced treatment.
