Education Department Anantnag seeks permission for starting class work in open-fields
Anantnag: The School Education Department in Anantnag district in Southern Kashmir has sought permission from the district administration Anantnag to start class work in open fields followed by the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Maintaining Social Distancing and use of Sanitizers.
News Agency KNO quoting (CEO) Chief Education Officer Anantnag Abdul Rub Shad, “We have asked the district administration that if any school administration wants to conduct class work, they have to hold it in the open fields followed by the prescribed SOP’s.” adding “The far flung areas of the district wherein internet facility is unavailable or the areas wherein the students sans smart phones, the local teachers are holding community classes in open fields.”
“As of now only community classes were going on in upper belts of Anantnag district. Any student who wants to take classes in those community schools, they can take part in it by observing the SOP’s”, he added.
