Dr Parvaiz Koul appointed as Director SKIMS

Srinagar, Dec 31: Dr Parvaiz Ahmad Koul Ex-professor and Head of department General medicine has been appointed as the new director of Sher e Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS)
