DGP Swain Highlights J&K Police Commitment to Sports, Unity at Inaugural Ceremony of Sports Championship

Srinagar, March 4: Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain Sunday  underscored the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir Police towards promoting sports and physical fitness among its personnel.

Speaking to media persons at the sidelines of occasion at the inaugural ceremony of the 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship here, Swain termed the event signifies a pivotal moment in promoting sportsmanship, unity, and professionalism within law enforcement agencies nationwide.

He added that by hosting the All India Police Water Sports Championship, the J&K Police showcased its dedication to fostering unity and camaraderie among police forces from different states and union territories.

The 7 day event 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship-2024 commenced on Sunday at SKICC Srinagar.
