Deadly Sgr -Jammu highway claims life of Sgr resident, leaves another one injured
Ramban, March 07: A person was killed, while another one was injured, when their vehicle was hit by a shooting stone near Marog area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
Official sources told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that in the afternoon, a shooting stone hit a Creta Car bearing number (JK01AA-9863), which was on its way to Jammu from Srinagar, near Marog Ramban area, resulting in the on the spot death of one person and injuries to one another.
As per KNO, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured person to nearby Hospital, where he was responding to the treatment, when last reports poured in.
Official identified the deceased as Waseem Azad son of Meraj Din from Munawarabad, Khayam Chowk Srinagar.
The injured has been identified as Manzoor Azad son of Ali Mohd of Munawarabad, Khayam Chowk Srinagar. Ramban police has taken cognizance in this regard. (KNO)
