DDC Shopian Reviews Issues and Demands Raised During Public Outreach
Shopian: The District Development Commissioner, (DDC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya today convened a meeting of officers to review all the issues/demands raised during the tour of various blocks and villages, a public outreach programme, to facilitate the general masses and to settle their demands and other issues at their door-steps.
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held regarding the various ongoing projects/works being executed by various executing agencies.
The Concerned officers briefed the chair about the progress of works taken under different schemes. The meeting also discussed the bottlenecks hindering the progress of the works.
The DDC impressed upon the concerned officers to gear up the field functionaries so that the approved projects/works are completed within a set timeline.
Sachin exhorted upon all the officers,present in the meeting to work with dedication, zeal and zest and stressed that all the works should be fullfilled within the shortest possible time and leave no stone unturned in facilitating the people who have great expectations with the Government and said that no laxity of any kind will be tolerated in this regard.
He directed to follow-up and complete all projects/works within a time bound manner.

Shopian, Arshad Hussain Tak,Chief Education Officer, Mushtaq Ahmed, District Youth Services And Sports Officer, Gurmukh Singh Dutta, Tehsildars, Xens, CAHO, DGM, JKPCC, BDOs, Food Supply and other concerned.
