DC Reasi felicitates budding Artist Parmbeer Singh

REASI APRIL 23: Deputy Commissioner Reasi Babila Rakwal today felicitated budding artist Parmbeer Singh Kamal Singh of Dheran Tehsil Thakrakote.

 A class 9 student, Parmbeer had demonstrated his prowess and dexterity by sketching a marvelous portrait of DC Reasi.

Parmbeer, accompanied by his father, gifted the portrait to DC Reasi as a mark of respect and honor.

Prambeer who is very curious and inquisitive towards art and painting, has harbored the aim of becoming a famous artist in future.

The DC Reasi encouraged and advised the young talent to continue his endeavor to pursue the passion of his life.
