Cop among 2 dead as car plunges into gorge in Poonch village
Poonch, Sept 26 : A policeman and another person died after a car they were travelling in met with accident in Palera village of Poonch district on Tuesday, officials said.
An official the told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the vehicle plunged into a gorge near Palera village, resulting in on spot death to cop and another person.
The deceased have been identified as Mohd Sadiq son of Faiz Akbar and Jamil Khan son of Mohammad Ayob—both residents of Palera village.
The official said that bodies of duo will be handed over to legal heirs after medico-legal formalities—(KNO)
