Congress workers protest against GN Azad in Jammu
Jammu: On the one hand political parties are engaged in preparations for the elections going on in five states, on the other hand, Congress, the oldest political party in the country, is struggling with an internecine.
There was a protest in Jammu on Tuesday against Ghulam Nabi Azad, Congress MP in Rajya Sabha, as well as the effigy, was burnt. Many Congress workers took to the road in Jammu and raised slogans against Ghulam Nabi Azad and accused them of running anti-party activities.
Congress workers also shouted slogans in support of Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
The veteran leaders of Congress met in Jammu under Ghulam Nabi Azad recently. These were the leaders who had written a letter raising questions on the Congress leadership and demanded that elections be held in the party soon.
This is the reason why Congress has consistently started opposing stalwarts like Ghulam Nabi Azad, Anand Sharma. Ghulam Nabi Azad praised PM Modi at the program held in Jammu. At the same time, the Congress leadership and the future of the party were questioned.
On the one hand, Ghulam Nabi Azad is being opposed in Jammu, on the other hand, Anand Sharma is also on target.
Anand Sharma had recently questioned the alliance of Congress Party in Bengal. After which Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury hit back at him and said that he should not give a statement that would benefit the BJP.
