CMO Doda conducts surprise checking of health centres

Inspects HWC-SC Pul Doda, Malhori, Jathi & Ramgarh (Baggar)

DODA, MAY 29: Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. Ab Hamid Zargar  conducted a surprise visit to different health centres of Medical Block Ghat/Assar to inspect the patient care facilities and attendance of staff.

 He visited HWC-SC Pul Doda, Malhori, Jathi and Ramgarh Baggar and inspected various sections and interacted with the staff, besides the public of the area. He enquired about the medical facilities being provided to them and sought feedback from the public on a variety of issues concerning healthcare.

Further, he also checked the record and attendance and directed the staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in and around the hospitals.

 Expressing displeasure over the non seriousness and dereliction of duty by some of the employees, the CMO said slackness on the part of health staff will not be tolerated in any case and everyone will be made accountable to his/her duties. He called upon the concerned BMOs to pay regular  visits to the peripheral institutions to ensure punctuality of staff and ensure best possible services to the patients.
