Cheating US citizen: Crime Branch files challan in cheating case
Srinagar: The Crime Branch Kashmir today produced challan in a cheating case lodged in 2014.
An American citizen had accused a man of fraud and an FIR vide number 15/2012 under section 420 RPC had been lodged in this regard.
Crime Branch in this regard as per KNT filed challan before the Court of City Judge Srinagar.
The case pertains to the complaint of one Simon Kour Nanda of New Jersey, USA mentioning therein that the accused Pardeep Singh Bali son of Jagdesh Singh of Uller Rajpora Awantipora cheated her on the pretext of constructing a hut for her.
As per the complaint, the hut was not handed over to her and the accused Pardeep Singh Bali grabbed a huge amount of money from her. (KNT)
